Born from a shared commitment to regional Victorian produce, this limited-release vodka is defined by Mount Zero Early Harvest Picual Olive Oil and a carefully considered blend of savoury botanicals. Green olive, rosemary, sage, bay leaf and citrus combine to create a spirit of remarkable texture, intensity and balance.
Silky, structured and distinctly savoury, it finds its natural home in a Martini.
