Provenance is a two-part dining series celebrating the producers, flavours and stories of Western Victoria.

Salt Kitchen, Itinerant Spirits and Black Kite Commune come together for a four-course menu showcasing Salt Kitchen's award-winning charcuterie, thoughtfully paired with cocktails by Black Kite Commune using Itinerant Spirits.

Hosted by Tayla Kendall (Vic Distilled), alongside Michael Nunn (Director, Salt Kitchen), James Fairlie (Distiller, Itinerant Spirits) and Jess Clayfield (Venue Manager, Black Kite Commune) the event explores provenance, craftsmanship and the stories behind every course and pairing.

ITINERANT TRIVIA

Thursday nights are about to get a little more competitive.

Starting Thursday 16th July at 7pm and hosted The Weekly Fifty, you can settle in with great drinks, good food and your sharpest teammates as you take on two rounds of 20 questions in the warmth of the distillery.

There is plenty worth playing for. The winner of each round will score a spritz jug for their table, while the overall winner of Round Two will walk away with a $75 Itinerant Spirits voucher.

Whether you're chasing bragging rights or simply looking for a new Thursday tradition, this is your excuse to gather the crew, grab a drink and spend an evening by the fire.

Discover the craftsmanship and character behind one of Scotland's most renowned Highland distilleries as we guide you through a tasting of four carefully selected The Dalmore whiskies. Whether you're a seasoned whisky enthusiast or just beginning your whisky journey, this is a great opportunity to experience the rich, complex flavours that make The Dalmore so distinctive.

You’ll be welcomed with Dalmore cocktail on arrival as we talk about the distillery’s almost 200 year history and production methods, before tasting four fantastic drams.

Every Saturday 12pm - 1:30pm

Enjoy 1.5 hours of spritzes and pizzas designed for slow afternoons, shared tables and weekend sessions done properly.

For $69pp, enjoy a rotating selection of spritzes, a mezze platter on arrival, and freshly made pizzas throughout the session. Want to start with something extra? Add an arrival cocktail for $15pp.
