Join us at Itinerant Spirits for a tasting with Kinglake Distillery, Australia’s only certified carbon neutral whisky producer. With the distillery nestled amongst native flora and fauna, this is whisky that truly represents the character of where it’s made, showcasing Kinglake’s pristine environment in every drop.Guided by one half of the team behind the whisky, Chantal Daniels, we’ll be tasting these five amazing drams on the evening.

RUM ODYSSEY WITH CASA DE VINOS

Explore the world of Rum with Casa de Vinos’ spirit expert George Leung has hand-selected six exceptional rums, each offering distinct character, terroir, and aging techniques. George will guide us through tasting notes, production methods, and the rich histories behind each bottle. 

On the night we’ll be sampling these six amazing rums.
