Aromas of wheat and straw are complemented with spice, pepper and rye, leading to a finish of bright citrus and smooth vanilla notes. Subtle, sweet-candied hints intertwine with bold grain flavours to provide a toasted and warming rye spice that lingers.

A juniper-forward gin with big citrus hits of creamy lemon, mandarin, and grapefruit up front are rounded out with aromatic pepper. Fresh citrus notes from the inclusion of Lemon Drop Wax foraged from the Grampians region is balanced with sweetness and warm spice, giving this gin a well-rounded mouthfeel and smooth after taste.
