Every Thursday, step behind the flavour wheel with our new Build Your Own Cocktail experience at Itinerant Spirits. Choose from our range of Vansetter Vodka and Gallivanter Gin, fresh ingredients, syrups, bitters and garnishes to create a cocktail that’s completely your own. Whether you prefer something bright and citrusy, rich and spirit-forward, or bold and experimental, the choice is yours!

It’s Rye July, so we’re celebrating with Australia’s only dedicated rye whiskey distillery, The Gospel. 

The Gospel is crafted and distilled in Melbourne using 100% Australian unmalted rye, cultivated and nurtured by a single Mallee farmer. Their whiskey embodies the characteristics of a traditional American rye, with a flavour nuance that is distinctively Australian. 

Whether you’re a you’re a seasoned lover or just discovering rye, join us as we delve into the distillery’s beginnings to today, whilst tasting some of the very best spirit our country produces. You will be welcomed with a Gospel Rye cocktail on arrival, before we begin an immersive tasting of four The Gospel Rye expressions, celebrating their bold character and craftsmanship.

Wrap up the financial year with a relaxed evening designed for the Ballarat business community to connect, unwind and celebrate the financial year that was.

If you have ever felt left out of the usual staff party circuit, this is your invitation. Whether you are a solo operator, part of a small team or running a growing business, come along and enjoy the end of financial year with others in the same boat. 

From tradies to freelancers, hairdressers to consultants, anyone with an ABN is welcome.

Your ticket includes a welcome drink on arrival, access to $8 drink specials throughout the evening, Itinerant Spirits grazing and entry into a prize draw.

Your night will begin with an "Urban Truffle Hunt", paired with roaming truffle-infused canapés and cocktails as you explore the distillery. Then settle in for a curated two-course dining experience showcasing premium truffles from Liam Downes and the team at Black Cat Truffles.
