Vansetter Vodka / Mandarin / Pomelo / Aperol /
Lemon / Egg Whites
Ingredients:
30ml Vansetter Vodka
15ml Unico Mandarin-cello
10ml Unico Pomelo Vermouth
30ml Mandarin Sherbet Syrup
30ml Lemon Juice
20ml Egg White
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to the small shaker tin
2. Add ice to large tin and put tins together
3. Shake vigrously for 10 seconds
4. Double strain into rocks glass filled with cubed
